⚠️? If you charge your phone without a grounded source, you can get shocked when you touch it. We humans are also electrically charged, yet we rarely ground ourselves by touching the Earth. This can leave us stressed and inflamed at the cellular level.
That’s where “grounding” can help.
Grounding is a way of making direct skin contact with the Earth’s surface, either by walking barefoot on ground or water, or by using a grounding mat connected to a grounded outlet.
