Joe is widely known for promoting various way to stay young looking. So how old is he? Well, to start, he is a proud member of Generation X. This is the generation known to be independent, often self-taught and with an alternative narrative of life apart from the mainstream.

In the 1980s, Joe attended an alternate elementary school program where he was allowed to create his own curriculum. This helped him become an entrepreneur later in life, and then eventually begin his own wellness outreach.

Melissa, Joe’s wife since 1996, is 3 years younger than Joe – who was born March 17, 1971. This makes Joe currently in his mid-fifties (many think he’s 10-15 years younger).
